A man known for his shooting abilities shot and wounded two teenagers last week in Texas. He has since been arrested, but is vehemently denying the charges.
The 36-year-old suspect shot and severely wounded a 13-year-old boy and 14-year-old boy. Police have matched the victim from the 14-year-old to the bullet that the suspect shot but have been unable to match the second victim's bullet. Doctors say that it is lodged too close to his spine to remove it.
While the man was not shooting at the students on purpose, they were his victims nonetheless. He has admitted to the police that he knew the school was behind his intended targets but that did not stop him from practicing. His lawyer has stepped forward to say that this client does not have any criminal responsibility for the deaths of the two teens.
