East Texas Church Arsonists Sentenced to Additional Life Sentences
Recently, two men who are already facing multiple consecutive life prison terms for arson charges have plead guilty to starting additional fires. The two men, Jason Robert Bourque and Daniel George McAllister were sentenced to additional life terms for setting fire to churches across East Texas.
After being indicted on multiple arson counts the two men accepted plea agreements, which resolved many church fires from last year, including three in Henderson County. They will also appear in court again on Friday for two church fires in Van Zandt County.
No injuries were incurred in any of the 10 total church fires.
