Plano Woman Arrested For Operating Illegal Massage Business And Prostitution

Qin Zhang, owner of Healthy Massage, placed black tint over her windows to hide her business. She was recently charged with operating a massage parlor without a license. She would also offer herself sexually when a customer came in. Concerned citizens notified the police, and undercover officers investigated the tips that Mrs. Zhang offered to perform some sort of sexual conduct. The police also charged her with prostitution. Police are now investigating to determine whether she had any other illegal businesses.
Sexual related offenses are aggressively prosecuted in Texas. Prostitution occurs when someone allegedly agrees to enter into sexual conduct for monetary compensation or when they solicit another person to pay for sexual conduct. The first offense is a
Class B misdemeanor. The third offense is
Class A misdemeanor, whereas, the fourth offense is a
state jail felony.
