Man On Texas' Top 10 List Turns Himself In

Timothy Esteban Tinner, wanted by the Potter County Sheriff's Office, was recently added to the Texas Top 10 Most Wanted listed. He was wanted for assault causing bodily injury when he beat a woman. He then doused her with bleach and threatened to set her on fire. He had been wanted since July 2010. 

According to DPS, Tinner turned himself in after he saw himself on the news. 

He is a suspected CRIPS gang member and has been arrested more than 20 times on charges ranging from DWI, possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest, deadly conduct with a weapon, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
