State v. F.W.
F.W. was accused of sexual assault by his step-daughters, who alleged that he had sexually abused them over a period of several years. F.W. needed an aggressive defense to combat these extremely serious charges. After the legal team at the Zendeh Del Law Firm compiled and presented evidence against the accusations, the Harris County Grand Jury voted to immediately reject the charges against F.W.

After three days of trial, the Judge dismissed two of the counts. After a few hours of deliberation, a jury ACQUITTED S.H. of every remaining count. S.H. was acquitted of all 17 felony counts.

United States v. B.A. et al
Client indicted on money laundering charges. He had been accused for his alleged role in selling cars to undercover agents who purchased the vehicles in exchange for "drug money." The client's reputation in the community was tarnished due to the charges he was facing. He hired attorney Jason Zendeh Del, who put together a team of attorneys that were able to prove the client's innocence. Nine months later, all charges against the client were dismissed.

W.H. and his passenger were transported by ambulance to the hospital for medical treatment. The officer stated W.H. admitted to drinking alcohol, he had been coming from a bar, and was intoxicated.
