Sex Crimes
State v. F.W.
F.W. was accused of sexual assault by his step-daughters, who alleged that he had sexually abused them over a period of several years. F.W. needed an aggressive defense to combat these extremely serious charges. After the legal team at the Zendeh Del Law Firm compiled and presented evidence against the accusations, the Harris County Grand Jury voted to immediately reject the charges against F.W.

S.H. was arrested and charged seventeen (17) felony counts including: 1 Count of Aggravated Sexual Assault, 7 Counts of Sexual Assault, 6 Counts of Burglary of a Habitation, and 1 Count of Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon. After three days of trial, the Judge dismissed two of the counts. After a few hours of deliberation, a jury ACQUITTED S.H. of every remaining count. S.H. was acquitted of all 17 felony counts.

Client was pulled over after a NASCAR event, failed the Standard Field Sobriety Tests and was told by the officers that his vehicle was going to be searched. Upon searching, the officers found a weapon and charged the client with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon (UCW) along with DWI. The firm got both charges dismissed.

W.H. and his passenger were transported by ambulance to the hospital for medical treatment. The officer stated W.H. admitted to drinking alcohol, he had been coming from a bar, and was intoxicated.
